$ uname -a

Darwin labs-mbp.frescologic.lan 16.0.0 Darwin Kernel Version 16.0.0:
Mon Aug 29 17:56:21 PDT 2016; root:xnu-3789.1.32~3/DEVELOPMENT_X86_64
x86_64

$ nvram -p | grep boot-args
$

I speculate that my driver only works when using the release kernel,
but I find myself unable to run it.

Google yields no joy. Have you a clue for me?

I'll try "kcsuffix=" (equals nothing).

I'm busted flat until my driver reaches beta.

This loaded the release kernel:

$ nvram boot-args="kcsuffix="

Sorry to be such a pest.
