gl2vcf - retaining popdata in vcf file

Hi everyone,

Would you know how I can edit the gl2vcf function so the vcf file format retains individual ID and the population/sample site information separately? At the moment samplesite and indivID are combined into one string on converting to vcf. Hoping to use sampling location as a separate factor in PopCluster where the dat file requires PopData to be listed separately secondly, after IndivID.
