dartrverse now on cran

Hi 

This is an announcement of the new dartR suit of packages  called dartRverse. 

Due to cran requirements we needed to split our dartr package into several smaller packages. 

In principle the functionality had not changed and all your code should work as before. 

Therefore after installing the dartRverse and it’s packages nothing should be needed to change. 

Just begin your code with library

library(dartRverse)

Please not dartr will only get minor updates in the future but both packages dartR and dartRverse can coexist next to each other. 

The way how to use both packages next to each other is described here: 

(Ignore the hints to  use dev versions as all packages are now on cran)

(The site has also code from our recent workshop. )

We are also happy to announce a new suit of functions in our new package dartr.sexlinked created and maintained by Diana and Floriaan, which deals with the identification of sexlinked loci (A more detailed description will follow)
