ROH calculation and visualisation using gl.plot.snp.density()

Hi dartR team,

Usually I calculate Runs of Homozygosity (ROH) using PLINK. Is it possible to produce ROH data for selected individuals or specific populations (for example, to compare regions with highly homozygosity and/or highly heterozygosity between two populations or more) and visualize them using gl.plot.snp.density with ability to setting the window size?
