unique genotypes

Hi there, was just wondering if there was a function to determine unique genotypes in dartR? I cannot seem to find one in the dartRverse.

Hi Cat, 

If you are referring to identifying duplicated samples and/or clones, you can use the function gl.report.replicates in dartR.base. 

Note that we are not maintaining dartR anymore; instead, we are now developing the dartRverse. Have a look at the below link for further information, including how to install it:
