What filters do you suggest for IBR analysis?

Hi everyone,

I would like to carry out a resistance insulation analysis. What is the suggested order and filters to be applied to my genlight?

Knowing that my SNPs were identified by the "de novo" method, would it be interesting to perform a blast? Would this step be before or after the filters?

Should I remove the outliers? To use only neutrals in this analysis?
