Hello everyone,

Happy to announce that the package dartR.sexlinked is now available on CRAN. As mentioned before, dartRverse is a suite of smaller packages, including dartR.sexlinked. The package dartR.sexlinked was designed to identify, remove and use sex-linked SNPs present in organisms with sex chromosomes. In a nutshell, removing sex-linked loci at the beginning of filtering a SNP dataset is important because most popgen analyses assume autosomal loci. Sex-linked loci can also be used to identify the sex of individuals.

For instructions on how to install dartRverse, dartR.sexlinked and other packages see: https://github.com/green-striped-gecko/dartRverse.
