gl2vcf Error in xx[i, ii] <- hets[ii] : number of items to replace is not a multiple of replacement length

Hi all, 

I also have been getting errors when trying to convert my genlight object to a vcf file. I have read the other conversations here of people with similar issues, and have tried all steps that are recommended, but it doesn't seem to resolve my error. 

When I run the gl.compliance.check, everything comes up good and green, no issues whatsoever. 

any tips would be greatly appreciated.
