No SD for FIS in gl.report.heterozygosity

Hi everyone,

I'm running gl.report.heterozygosity to get diversity estimates for the populations in my dataset and I've noticed that the report provides the standard deviation (SD) for each parameter, except for FIS.

It would be great if the SD for FIS could be added to this function. In the meantime, if anyone knows a simple way to obtain the FIS SD values per pop, I'd appreciate it!

Hi Rachel,

I cannot recall why we decided not to include SD for FIS. I will double-check it with the team and let you know. In the meantime, you can use, for example:

> library(dartR)
> t1 <- platypus.gl
> t1 <- gl.filter.callrate(t1,threshold = 1)
> res <- utils.basic.stats(t1)
> sd(res$Fis$SEVERN_ABOVE,na.rm=T)

I am in need of the SD for FIS however I have tried your solution and end up with 'NA' results. Do you have any ideas?
