Genlight object to GenAlEx format?

Hello! Is there some way to convert genelight object to GenAlEx format? When I do conversion from genelight to genind and then to GenAlEx resulting file have only... zeros. (I could not find converter from genelight to GenAlEx directly).

BTW. Genind object I get works great for "everything" I use it for.

You have to set "sequence=True" and then it should work.

I exported genelight object as structure format with gl2structure (don't forget to add .str extension) then converted this to genepop format in PGDSpider. This worked for me.
