Hi all,
We’ve got a few places left for our hands-on workshop: Population genetics in R with the dartRverse — led by the 2025 Eureka Prize–winning dartR team.
Why join?
Genomic data is everywhere, but analysis can be daunting. The dartRverse streamlines SNP and presence/absence workflows in R with an intuitive, genlight-based approach—no advanced coding required.
Who it’s for:
Ecologists, conservation biologists, and early-career researchers (R beginners welcome).
What you’ll learn (practice-first):
Data import and tidy workflows
QC & filtering for SNP/PA data
Diversity metrics, relatedness, F_ST, population structure
Reproducible analysis & visualisation
Tips for reporting and sharing results
