I suggest that you flash a new card. With the
platforms/raspberry-pi2/flash-sd-card tool that is much simpler (and faster) than following the instructions we linked to before. The Fletch Raspbian image that we provide is based on Raspbian Jessie.
There is, also an option for upgrading the Fletch Agent on you existing Raspbian installation. If you try to run a command against it it should tell you that there is a version mismatch and that you should run this command: "fletch x-upgrade agent with file <agent debian package> in session remote". The file <agent debian package> is platforms/raspberry-pi2/fletch-agent_0.2.0-dev.4.5_armhf-1.deb.
One thing we have added to the Fletch Raspbian image is the ability to modify the network configuration of an existing SD card using the tool platforms/raspberry-pi2/configure-network (that will not work with the old image).
Another thing to consider is removing your existing .fletch-settings files in your home directory
$ rm ~/*.fletch-settings
these have absolute paths into the SDK, and if you have two SDKs installed in different paths you will run into trouble. The only actual configuration information in these files at the moment is the IP address of the Raspberry Pi (unless you have manually changed e.g. the .packages references in these files). We are working on managing these project settings better.
