Interest in Exception testing for package:webcrypto

Hello Guys, 

I am Dominion, a software engineering student and Dart developer. I have worked on several open source projects both related and not related to Dart, I have and would continue to publish libraries and create videos related to Dart.

I am on a mission to making coding easier for Dart developers on Solana, and at the same time, I would be going on my school internships in a few, and I found that this project aligns perfectly with my timeline, and my interests. I am indicating interest to contributing to the webcrypto package full time during the summer period as per the gsoc timeline, as I would use it as internship. I would appreciate feedback to know if there are other possibilities I have not looked into.
