If you are eligible according to the GSoC 2024 eligibility criteria mentioned in their official website then you can surely consider checking out the Project-Ideas-2024 page mentioned in the GSoC 2024's Dart page and consider checking out Ideas and choose one which you want to and work on the sample projects following the ideas so that you can submit those while applying process.
