About idea list

[Manar El habbal]

Hello everyone , I am Manar Elhabbal a student at third year  who interested in Dart and flutter .

 i was interested in idea Add WebSocket/GRPC Support to Flutter DevTools Network panel but it has been changed and became hard now 

i was asked when the final idea list will be published 

and what is the best approach i can follow ?

start wrorking in the current project i choosed or wait for the final idea list
