Why did I not get the licencse approval further and validated?

Hello,

    I am working at Observing System Assessment Division, Meteorological Observational Centre,CMA. I have upload my signed DART license to the webpage in December 6 (contact imformation michae...@163.com), but I did not get my license validated by now. Recently, the Division I work in plant to set up some observating sites concerning about LiDAR and SIF observing plants.For me, I want using DART tool to study the appliations of two kinds of data. So, I hope I can get license validated as soon as possible.
