Hello,

I am working at the Naval Research Laboratory, contact information geoffre...@nrl.navy.mil (geoffrey.b...@us.navy.mil).

I have a question about licensing -- from your main page it looks like someone at the NRL has a license for DART.  We are looking for a license for a new project, but would like to connect with the group that already uses your tools, if at all possible.  Is there any way I could get contact info, or other information, about the license already issued to NRL?
