Hi,

here is my suggestion. I put it also inn the "issue area" but
accidentally filed it as a defect.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. a newer version of a file is in the "folder to merge"
2. a older version of the same file is in the "merge with" folder
3. the old file stays untouched in thee "merge with" folder

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Expected output:
a dialog box that offers me two options "1. overwrite the older
version
with the newer one" or 2. "leave old version of file in target folder
untouched"

What do I see instead?
the old file stays untouched

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.0 for Leopard

Please provide any additional information below.

Have changed to update files, will write option for "yes, yes to all
and no in next version"
