Do you use an App Password? If so, try a new App Password. Sometimes, changes (i.e. updates) are made to the device, and then mail server syncing becomes an issue (which is what a new App Password it intended to fix). Go here for gmail: Sign in with App Passwords - Google Account Help - Google
Thank you for your reply, but I don't use an app password, this is using mac mail on OSX and mail on IOS, I have changed my email passwords on the mail accounts but it doesn't make any difference and I can log in fine on a browser so it's something to do with gmail and mac mail, just can't work out what, I set up the accounts manually NOT using the "gmail" option when setting up a gmail account in mac mail as I wan to use pop3 and it has worked fine for years and years but now it has suddenly stopped being able to sign in on devices.
I have the less secure 3rd party app thing unchecked so it should not block it but now I am stumped, I really hope someone can help as I have lost use of 3 emails on all my devices unless I sign in using a browser or use the gmail app which will use IMAP which I don't want to use, anyone any ideas ?
I'm not sure if it's the same as your issue, but I'm encountering a regression with IMAP + self-signed SSL certificate ("bad certificate format" -9,808), which does not occur with iOS 16.5. I've not found any workaround, so I'm unable to access my e-mail from my phone now. I filed feedback FB12267927 for this.
Are you using Google's 2 step verifications? Do you have Google's authenticator app for generating unlock codes off your iphone? You can also generate app specific passwords in Google's security settings and use that password instead of your normal password to let your Mac have full gmail access.
Ok, got it solved. It is a file size issue. If you select a smaller jpg file size as attachment, the messages do go through with the attachments. Looks as if the new ipad is not made to send high quality jpg files as mail attachments. Also tried from the nostalgia photo app, same problem! Strange since cameras are getting increasingly better in resolution and most of my pics are >6-8 MB. Funny that the new ipad cannot deal with that even though it is resolutionary!
My wife and I have 2 iPhones and 1 iPad2. We each use our iPhone to access our Gmail accounts. My wife also uses the iPad for that (whereas I do not). However, recently, my wife is unable to access her emails on her iPhone or iPad.
I tried all the suggestions you had, then just today I found the following link in a thread where people were having the same problem with a blackberry. If you login to the gmail account and then go to the following url it seems to reset app. Hopefully it will work for you too.
Several iPad and iPhone users have said that they are unable to sign in to their Google Account on Safari in iOS and iPadOS. Are you having this problem on your iPhone or iPad? This article lists several troubleshooting tips that you can use if you run into this problem. This is an important problem because unless you fix it, you will not be able to access and get the most out of all the Google products and services you use such as Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar, Google Maps, and YouTube.
Users have said that the Google Account Sign-in page ( ) gets stuck at loading when attempting to enter a password. They see a blank page. It appears that this problem occurs on Safari and users who are using the other browsers (e.g., Chrome, Edge, etc) do not experience this problem. Furthermore, it appears that users cannot automatically sign in to the Google Account in Safari when signed in to the Mail app or Google app. Thus, it further appears that, because of this problem, users are unable to add a new email account in Apple Mail to the iPhone or iPad.
I am interested to make a two columns resume. I took sample from deedy, but was unable to add colors to it; I searched and found link (Two columns with different background color and height of whole page).
