Add users and Compiling

Hey,

First of all, How do i add users or create accounts as there is no dscl command in darling.

Secondly, How can I start compiling from source inside a darling shell? Since there are no build-essential tools for Mac, the ones that are, are present in xcode.

Thirdly, there is an open source project called XQuartz which is installing in darling, but it requires the Carbon Framework to start X11 binary. I hope this can be useful for GUIs....

you can't add users. I don't see much point in this, you can't create new users in Wine either... everything runs under your Linux user.

For compiling, you need Xcode. There are maybe some issues with latest Xcode versions (see the issue tracker on GitHub). We're currently quite busy dealing with LLDB under Darling and getting AppKit up and running, so we haven't checked it yet.

XQuartz isn't of much use. MacOS software that can be run with XQuartz is always software that already runs natively on Linux.
