Teams,

 

We been observing many teams are not following the set rules for Weekday games which are listed below again for reference , Going forward we will be penalizing both teams $100 /each/every occurrence if the below rules are not followed.

 

Below teams played more than 18 overs in a weekday games this season.

• Black Mambas
• VA Challengers 
• Stromers
• GCC

Rules for Weekday Games :

• Max Overs for weekday Games :18 Overs
• No 10 Overs Break ( Only inning Break)
• Bowling power Play :6 Overs
• Bowling restrictions : Only 3 bowlers  can bowl Max of 4 Overs 
• Lights will Turn Off at 11 Pm , so please complete the game on Time
• Please verify the Scoring app feature document from Document menu about how to update the game to 18 Overs 
• If the Game starts late for any reason please reduce overs  , 1 over every 5 minutes.

 

Trash Removal Policy:

 

• We would like to reiterate its playing team's responsibility to clean up the trash together.
• Please remove the water bottles ,trash etc before leaving the ground and place it in designated areas.
• If there is trash when you arrive on ground, please take a picture and send it to Organizers and we will penalize the teams who played there before.As a team you still need to clean up that trash left behind by others after taking picture in order for the field to be pristine condition when school /county Admin shows up in the morning.Arriving Teams please make sure the trash is taken care off by teams who just finished playing before you start your game.
• If teams forget to send the pictures to organizers before the start of their game it will be assumed its their after the game if next team reports it no exceptions afterwards.
• Please carry Trash Bags

 

RR Vs Beamers Game @ Reston field we got a complaint from WCL and park authorities about not picking up the trash after WMCL games even when they notified  ( This is absolutely unacceptable ) - Team Beamers notified us after the game about the Incident.

 

Going Forward we will be very Strict on Trash removal policy and both teams will be fined $100 /every occurrence ( Unless you have done your due diligence as listed above )
