Please view this and think - - - think real hard - electromagnetics, gravity, repulsion, attraction, one force dominating over the other and dependent only upon a switching mechanism, the powerful attraction of planets like earth. How could UFOs such as have been reported many, many times, suddenly accelerate straight away from earth in split seconds and disappear? A power supply in a space craft that could create a tremendous positive or negative identity, and thus be repelled away from earth??  Of course, there's more to this scenario than "meets the eye," oversimplified, but it appears possible. A delicate little bird can sit on a power line carrying 40,000 volts and sing all day as long as it stays isolated from another wire or anything we commonly call a ground. Can a 'little' space probe change polarities and take advantage of gravity and electromagnetics? Could it not hover, silently above the surface of a planet?  "Gearshift" in neutral, of course.
Early in the space program NASA developed a pair of 'boots' with strong, built-in permanent magnets. An astronaut could then walk outside on the surface of a space craft as long as it was of ferrous material, I suppose. It was crude and the prototype required the individual wearing them to manually switch the polarity of the magnets from one foot to the other. I saw a video of the demo as the wearer walked upside down on the ceiling of an airplane hanger. It was slow going but he did it. Think about switching polarity of a magnet obviously not so permanent.
Now, this brought up an interesting observation: "Gee, all we have to do is develop a very efficient switching device, connect it to the PERMANENT MAGNETS inside a housing and viola!, we have a motor that would run without electricity."  Wow, that didn't go well with the well-entrenched energy companies. Well, the source that showed me this said the boots disappeared forever - well, as long as the big oil companies want to control these types of innovations. A motor running on permanent magnets! Is this possible? I believe so.  Al C.

Yes it is possible - check this out http://www.lutec.com.au/lea.htm

Unfortunately not many people want to know about it!

The best book I ever read on the subject of UFO propulsion was "Unconventional Flying Objects -- a scientific analysis," by Paul R. Hill.  A NASA scientist in the 50's, Mr. Hill's manuscript was published after his death by his widow, so he wouldn't jeopardize his pension.  Mr. Hill is best known for the famous picture of him standing on an experimental flying disc in the early 60's.  His all-science theory is the best I've seen yet.  While the book was previously out of print, I noted it listed on Amazon today!
