Welcome to the group, Mini Moonbeam!
There are two items circulating at the moment related to a connection between the US Presidential election and Planet X/Nibiru...and in the desire to create balance they belong one to each of the candidates! Having looked into the Trump/Putin claim by 'Somebones' it seems obvious that his/her 'source' made the Pravda story up. There is no attempt to substantiate upon challenge by online readers.
The Clinton-directed email, on the other hand, seems genuine, albeit less definitive as a 'proof' of something real. It may simply be chit-chat between her and members of her campaign team, all parties of whom appear to have a great deal of interest in Ufology! The Nibiru email is in keeping with that general awareness in the Clinton camp of UFO disclosure issues, and may point to soemthing more substantial, who knows.
