Retrieval of DarkSkyCommunities Postings on Yahoo! Group

I have been attempting to retrieve all postings to the Yahoo! group DarkSkyCommunities from its inception on July 4, 2006 to the last postings which were at the beginning of July 2019.

The process that Yahoo! provides for downloading content is not working, so I downloaded a trail version of PG Offline (http://www.personalgroupware.com/) and was able to retrieve the first 1000 postings. The author of this software must be swamped with requests (due to Yahoo!'s demise) because I have twice gone through his process to register and pay for a license but have received no response.

I would really like to be able to retrieve all the content from DarkSkyCommunities on Yahoo! groups before it goes away forever.

Going forward, from time to time I'll be re-posting some of the best content from that discussion group that is relevant here.

In the meantime, please spread the word to others who might be interested in developing and living in an astronomy-friendly community. We need more participation!
