What Questions Invite Good Discussions?

I would like to see the Discussions feature of our web group take off.
Anyone can start a discussion. Use a question or relevant phrase in
the Subject line, so we can identify the discussion. This initial
Discussion simply asks what questions or topics might show up when
someone takes the initiative.

memory, personal story, quote, recommended resource
2. What have you been reading and thinking about to develop your

4. What scripture drives or shapes your vision?
5.Visioning builds on past blessings. What do you appreciate in the
history of the Church and your own story that helps you stay fresh and
motivated?

Spirituality
1. Identify your state of life (lay single, married, consecrated,
ordained) and share a highlight in your spiritual formation - a
person, a program, a process, an experience, etc.
2. Do you have monthly, weekly, or daily practices that help you to
keep growing in the Lord?
3. How are you leading catechists and other adult parishioners in
their continuing formation?

Professional Development
1. What's the best thing you have done for yourself to grow as an
ecclesial minister?

3. What challenges do you encounter in promoting and practicing
professional standards, and developing a
parish culture of professionalism?
4. How do you relate the two aspects of spirituality and professional

catechetics and evangelization?

Networking
1. What specific ways do you share ministry in your parish, deanery,
diocese?
2. Are you more mentor or mentee? How has that changed in the course
of your ecclesial service?
