Youcan use any of the following railcards on Heathrow Express, providing you buy your ticket in advance online or at a ticket machine or a mobile sales advisor at Heathrow stations or London Paddington before boarding. Railcards must be presented with your Heathrow Express ticket when travelling to validate your discounted travel.

Whilst not a railcard on its own, a child within the 5-15 age range can travel for free on Heathrow Express and apply for a standard Disabled Railcard which will grant an accompanying adult 1/3 off their ticket as long as they travel together.

Discount is only available for 1 adult per ticket, per ID.

Failure to show your LHR ID card or airline photo ID card upon inspection may result in being charged the full on-board fare.

Heathrow Airport Limited employees also have free evening (after 6pm) and weekend travel.

*Children aged 15 years and under travel free in Express Class when accompanied by a paying adult, or can travel unaccompanied if they have proof or air travel such as a valid booking or boarding pass. Photo ID will be required

Each Gold Card costs 190.80*. This represents a significant discount on the total standard class return fares of each railway. Every card is valid for 12 months from the date of your first journey.

7. If the journey You are making is covered by Your Annual Season ticket You do not need to buy yourself a ticket. However, if You are purchasing discounted Off-peak Day Travelcards for accompanying adults or children and You intend to travel in a London Fare Zone not covered by Your Annual Season ticket, You must also purchase a discounted Off-Peak Day Travelcard Zones 1-6 for yourself.

8. You must carry Your Annual Gold Card and, where applicable, photocard with You on the journey and when asked by rail staff You must show a valid ticket and valid Annual Gold Card. If You fail to do so, You and each member of Your group will be required to pay the full price Standard or First Class Single fare for Your journey as if no ticket was purchased before starting Your journey and in some cases a Penalty Fare.

This does not apply if there was no ticket office at the station at which You began the journey or if the ticket office was closed, and there was no working ticket machine from which You could buy discounted tickets, or You have a disability which prevented You accessing ticket retailing facilities. In these cases You will be able to use Your Annual Gold Card to buy discounted tickets on the train or at Your destination.

9. You will be asked to pay the difference between the price of Your discounted ticket and the full price Standard or First Class fare (or the Penalty Fare if travelling in the Penalty Fares area) if:

a) You travel beyond the station for which Your ticket is issued;

b) You travel to a destination beyond the Annual Gold Card area, without having first obtained the correct ticket for Your journey;

c) You travel on a route for which a higher fare applies or at a time when discounted tickets are not valid.

13. The Annual Gold Card and all tickets issued to the holder are issued subject to the National Rail Conditions of Carriage and the conditions listed on the National Rail website (and, where appropriate, the Conditions of Carriage of any other operators on whose services the ticket is valid).

14. The Annual Gold Card will not be valid if it is damaged. In the event that an Annual Gold Card is damaged, lost or stolen, please refer to the terms and conditions of the Annual Season ticket purchased on the National Rail website.

We offer Reduced Fare Breeze Cards to eligible senior citizens, people with disabilities and Medicare cardholders. It is part of making MARTA a transit system everyone can use. These discounted Breeze Cards are valid on all MARTA buses and trains.

We do not offer Reduced Fare versions of any of our pass programs. The Reduced Fare pass is only compatible with oneway tickets, round trips and trip packages in multiples of 10 or 20. You can also load stored value (cash) at the cost of $1 per trip.

Your Reduced Fare Breeze Card functions the same way as any other Breeze Card. Simply tap your card on the Breeze target wherever your riding. In some cases you will have to show your Reduced Fare Breeze Card to MARTA employees such as bus operators and rail station agents.

The Connect Card is accepted at nine participating transit agencies in Sacramento County. Passes are valid for 90 minutes on SacRT. Each of SacRT's 52 light rail stations has fare vending machines available to purchase tickets that are valid for 90 minutes on all three of SacRT's light rail lines. Cash and major credit cards are accepted.

Passengers' representatives acknowledged privately that the acceptance by Richard Bowker, chairman of the Strategic Rail Authority (SRA), of a special "gold card", enabling him to travel without cost anywhere on the network, made rail customers "very angry".

Such a fun, beautiful, and educational experience! Our guide, Mike, gave great information on the first half of the ride and had a great personality and sense of humor. About 20 minutes in there is a stopping point where you can wander around and enjoy nature for a bit (it had just snowed which was awesome!). After getting back on the train, you loop around and continue the ride. We had so much fun!
