Susan Raj Pain Physician of the Year Award

Dear Friend,

Daradia-The Pain Clinic is going to announce the prestigious 'Susan Raj Pain Physician of the Year' trophy from this year. This year we are going award pain physicians for the years 2011-2012 and 2012-2013. There will be different category  Asian, International and young pain physician category. Academic career, publications in peer-reviewed journals, writing books or contribution in book chapters, lectures as invited speakers at local/national/international platform, organizing pain awareness programs/camps/CME/Conferences/workshops will be considered to decide winners. Few selected nominations will be shown and projected on the stage and winner will be declared from them.

Participation will be on nomination basis. Any member pain physician of any registered (any country) pain society (national or international) can nominate himself/herself and others upto two with their cv. A review committee has been formed headed by Susan Raj who will be reviewing all nominations. The winners will be declared at an award ceremony on 13th November at 6 PM at Kolkata this year (venue will be rotated in future). A short listed nominations will be invited to be present at this award ceremony. Invited guests, stalwarts in this field and dignitaries will be present at this award ceremony.
