Today I would like to share information regarding one meet in Goa 1-2-3rd June 2012. It is MISS- Spine 2012.

It includes live cases with cadaver workshops and dissection. Now this is the era of minimal invasive technologies. 

It includes some cases of intervention pain management also.

Its about Minimal Invasive Spine Surgery- Transforaminal endoscopic discectomy. Though It is surgery, It is done under local anaesthesia with entirely new approach. After learning this technique you can deal with central PIVD,extruded disc, lateral canal stenosis, foramen hypertrophy and much more. Particularly I would like to say for disc pathology it is best, as we are entering inside disc, visualizing disc with endoscope and can remove the disc fragment, so it is called inside outside technique.
