How do you know one is overweight?
By finding the Body mass Index (B.M.I.) i.e. a ratio of the weight over the height squared
BMI = Weight (kg)
Height (m) X Height (m)
Less Than 18.9 = Underweight
19 - 24.9 = Normal weight
25 - 30 = Overweight
Above 30 = Obese
Recommended Weight (kg) = Height (m)*Height (m)*24.9
