How to explain the result output file

Hi:

I work out the pipeline and get the result file: DaPars_output_All_Prediction_Results.xlsx

But I canont understand the row "A_1_long_exp" and "A_1_short_exp" represents ?

Can you reply me some information about how to understand this better?

I have the same question, basically how to understand the columns in the output folder.

Wondering if anyone has the answer for the characteristics of each column?
