Dear Zheng:

Would you tell me what "NA" mean in the Dapars results.

For example:

NM_001847|COL4A6|chrX|- 126.5 107399301 chrX:107398837-107400490 37.69 14.56 0.72 NA NA NA NA NA NA NA NA N

Although we saw substantial reads mapped to the 3UTR for the second group samples, Dapars still output the results containing "NA". This confused me.

So, could you tell me which situation will leads to "NA" in the results of Dapars.

Looking forward to your reply.

Cao

'NA' mostly refer to the coverage.

Because another sample has very low coverage that cannot pass the filtering criterion. You may adjust the coverage cutoff.

Thanks,
Zheng

I have a related question about the DaPars results, why some genes appear multiple times with different APA events? For example

PCMT1|chr6|+ NaN -0.303544 -0.283965 NaN NaN NaN NaN
NM_005389|PCMT1|chr6|+ -0.238000 -0.324286 -0.244000 NaN NaN NaN NaN

Looking forward to your reply
