LookupError: 'show' not found

Hello,
I have been trying to run DaPars_main.py and get the following warning:
LookupError: 'show' not found

I am running DaPars on the university server clusters.
I have Python2.7 and looks like all the other required packages are installed as well.

I am not an expert at python but on searching for possible solutions I understand that there might be issues with loading rpy2. I don't know how to remediate the problem and was hoping some one might help me get past this issue.
