     DaPars is developed in Python2.7. So please use python2.7 instead of python3.

I am trying to run the DaPar test dataset, but get a syntax error

[lvzvia@molgen DaPars_Test_Dataset]$ python ../src/DaPars_main.py DaPars_test_data_configure.txt

  File "../src/DaPars_main.py", line 107

    print "Please provide the configure file ..."

                                                ^

SyntaxError: Missing parentheses in call to 'print'

 

I am using python/3.5.1 and also tried python/3.5.2
