Including the last exon along with 3’UTR helps identify the density change along the 3’UTR.

My name is Zhu, Yumin. I am a PHD candidate of Tsinghua University, I have recently found your tools DaPars and it is extremely useful.

But I'm confused that: this script "DaPars_Extract_Anno.py"  extract the region of last exon but not the region of 3'UTR, and I would like to know why not the region of annotated 3'UTR ?
