hi,
I tried to run DaPars with 200 wig files in each group,but it always failed,is there some way to solve this problem?
I also tried to run only one paired wig files each time,then I got 200 output files,when I merged them together,I found that some PA sites in the same exon just within 1 or 2,3,7(...) nt, they might be the same PA site,how should I grouped them together?
