We are proud to introduce Flemming Kongsberg as our speaker. He is currently a Senior Director at Cisco, where he leads our Service Business Capability area. In this role he is responsible for all processes, policies and solutions to support the annual $10B Services business. He manages an annual investment budget of more than $50M and 300 professionals.
