Dear friends,
This is just to announce two forthcoming concerts this week (!) in which I have the pleasure to participate:
1) Friday 19 October, Wolfson College, Cambridge, 6.45pm to 7.15pm
This is the first in a series of short Early Music concerts (1/2 hour) at Wolfson College, which I'll be organising throughout this academic year.
They will all take place in the Lee Hall at Wolfson, making use of the double manual harpsichord that has recently been donated to the College.
For this particular concert, I'll also be bringing my recently renovated single manual Italian, and both harpsichords (3 manuals in total) will be played by Francis Knights and myself.
The programme will include pieces by Buxtehude, Louis Couperin, and J S Bach. Free entrance. Poster attached.
(Wolfson members and their gusts might want to consider booking formal dinner wich will start immediately after the concert).
2) Saturday 20 October, 7.30pm St Gabriel's Church, Warwick Square, Pimlico, London SW1V 2AD (tube: Pimlico)
