Dear all,
This Sunday will see the inaugural concert of Chesterton Baroque, a
group involving some familiar local players as well as some exquisite
imports from the London scene. The concert takes place in St George's
Church, Chesterton, which is well known for its very special
acoustics, and is regularly used for recordings by various Early Music
labels. It may be slightly out of the way if coming form the city
centre, and perhaps therefore not very often used as a concert venue.
However, our ridiculously low ticket price would make a taxi journey
from the centre easily affordable...
