GIS Analyst / Senior GIS Programmer
Location: Towson, MD (Hybrid – up to 2 remote days/week) Local to Maryland only

Visa: USC, GC, GC-EAD, H4-EAD
Duration: 6 Months Contract

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field

• 5+ years of experience with:
• .NET, C#, JavaScript, HTML, Python, J2EE
• GIS application development and systems analysis
• Strong experience with:
• ESRI ArcGIS Server
• ArcGIS JavaScript API
• ArcGIS Web AppBuilder
• ArcSDE, ArcGIS Mobile, Collector
• ArcGIS Model Builder
• Strong SQL, Stored Procedures, and Triggers knowledge
• Experience with Oracle or SQL Server databases
• SSRS reporting experience
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience working with government client

 

Job Summary

The client is looking for an experienced GIS Analyst / Senior GIS Programmer to develop, maintain, and support GIS applications and ArcGIS Server environments. The role involves working with ESRI technologies, CityWorks integration, and upgrading existing GIS tools and web applications.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain GIS web applications using ArcGIS technologies
• Support ArcGIS Server applications and perform upgrades
• Configure and support CityWorks integrations and GIS web services
• Maintain and enhance existing Facilities and Utility tools
• Work with Visual C#, .NET, JavaScript, Python, and SQL
• Troubleshoot production and application issues
• Develop reports using SSRS
• Work with relational databases such as Oracle and SQL Server
