Senior Product Manager – CLM / LegalTech / AI

Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Consultant, or Solutions Consultant in CLM, LegalTech, or Contract Management domains.
- Strong understanding of:
- Contract lifecycle workflows
- Clause libraries and metadata tagging
- Obligation management
- Approval and compliance processes
- Hands-on experience with leading CLM tools such as Icertis, Conga, SirionLabs, Ironclad, Agiloft, ContractPodAI, or similar platforms.
- Strong experience in process mapping, business analysis, and requirements gathering.
- Familiarity with AI/LLM use cases in legal automation is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and executive stakeholder management skills.
- Consulting or enterprise transformation experience is a plus.
Preferred Background
- Experience with Oracle CLM modernization or migration initiatives.
- Exposure to AI/ML-enabled enterprise platforms.
- Prior experience in Fortune 500 digital transformation programs.
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Product Consultant with strong expertise in Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platforms and a solid understanding of AI-driven contract automation. This role will lead a discovery engagement for a Fortune 500 client, evaluating current CLM processes and designing a roadmap for a modern, AI-enabled contract management ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead stakeholder interviews and workshops across legal, procurement, business, and IT teams to understand current pain points, workflows, and desired outcomes.
- Assess the existing Oracle CLM environment and benchmark it against leading CLM platforms such as Icertis, Conga, SirionLabs, Agiloft, Ironclad, and ContractPodAI.
- Conduct current-state process and platform assessments, identifying functional gaps, inefficiencies, and technical limitations.
- Define a future-state CLM strategy, including opportunities for Generative AI, LLMs, and agentic automation.
- Partner with architects and data teams to design AI-powered capabilities such as:
- Clause extraction and classification
- Smart redlining and contract review
- Obligation tracking and compliance monitoring
- Negotiation assistants and automation bots
- Contribute to buy vs. build evaluations and vendor selection frameworks.
- Document business requirements, workflows, and transformation recommendations.
