Job Title: SAP S4 Quality Management (QM) Consultant

Location: Phoenix, AZ – Fully Onsite

Length: 12 Months

Work Authorization: - USC Only

Job Description:

Overview:

The client is looking for an SAP QM Consultant who can support implementation, stabilization, and rollout of SAP QM across multiple sites, ensuring efficient warehouse operations and integration with manufacturing and supply chain processes. This person should have prior SME with Hands-on SAP QM (S/4 on Azure) experience.

 

Requirements:

A. Must have 8-10 years Hands-on SAP QM (S/4 on Azure) experience including:

•    Support post go-live stabilization of QM

•    Lead rollout across additional sites

•    Configure inbound/outbound, picking, and inventory processes

•    Collaborate with relevant teams

•    Resolve execution and integration issues

•    Ensure process alignment and data consistency

•    Support integration with shipping and transportation

•    Drive standardization across sites

•    Provide training and support

B. Should be robust problem-solving and decision-making skills. Ability to work as an individual contributor, manage uncertainty, perform under stress, and accommodate a dynamic work environment.

C.  Must have exceptional verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, including proven presentation skills.
