heading into this weekend

IT'S REGIONALS!!!!!!

I don't have a lot to say in this e-mail because we will be having a team meeting once everyone gets to the house tonight.

But...
1) keep hydrated
2) please check out playspedia and review:
- the plays (also look at the email with bear, rocky)
-the 2-3-2 defense (we won't run that, but OSU may run it against us so be prepared to understand how that workd)
- box & 1 defense (we may throw this against OSU)
-anything else there you may not remember
3) do your kaizen/reflection
-look back at your goals (either from way back when, or the updated ones...)- look at what you've achieved, and things that you need to keep working on
-as we enter what may potentially be our last weekend playing together as THIS team, THIS danger, what do you want to bring to the table? what do you hope to see from yourself and from the team on the field, off the field?
4) throw outside a little bit...it's windy/wet.

I'm so excited for everything that's going to go down this weekend, and hope you guys are too! Safe travels.
