Thisclassic match 3 game has two game modes: Classic and Speed. Swap gems to create horizontal or vertical sets of 3 gems of the same color. This version of Bejeweled is the HTML5 web version of Bejeweled 3.

In the Classic game mode you advance to the next level by collecting points. There is no time limit or other requirement to advance a level, so you can take all the time you need to study the board before making a move.

Hi, I'm Tomas from SolitaireParadise.com and I would love to hear your opinion about this game, or if something is not working. Just let me know and I will do my best to look into it! Your feedback will NOT be visible for anyone except me.

Even when you're playing a game on a phone or tablet, the old principles of strategy and patience still apply. It's tempting to dive in and just start shuffling things around to see your score go up. Bejeweled gives you plenty of playing pieces, so try to think of it like a giant chess board. Strategic moves mean serious points, so take the time to really survey the board before making your move.

Every move you make must result in points. If you try to move a jewel into a position that does not give you any points, the game will automatically return it to the original position. A jewel can only be swapped with one of the jewels immediately next to it. No giant moves across the board here.

The bar across the bottom of the screen gives you an indication of how you are progressing through each level. Before you reach double digits in level numbers, you will have reached a six-digit score, even if you're brand new to the game.

With each new level, the basic score goes up by 50 points. The most basic way to score in Bejeweled is by matching three jewels in a horizontal or vertical row. To reach for more points, try to match four jewels; the four will condense down into a Flame Gem, which will carry over into the next level if you don't use it. Matching two Flame Gems creates an explosion, which is rewarding in points, but admittedly it does shake up whatever strategy you may have had in place.

Points can also be earned in less common patterns, like L and T shapes. These are easy to overlook when you're focused on rows of three or four. Pause to see if you can fit them into your strategy when the more obvious matches are hiding from you. If you do make these matches, you're rewarded with a Star Gem, which can be matched with others to make massive gem eliminations since it will also carry over into another level if unused.

Anyone who has played Bejeweled will give you the same advice: always move from the top. Go for the matches that are in the first three rows, even if you see clear moves at the bottom. Eliminating jewels in the bottom rows too soon will cause the order in the top rows to change, eliminating easy scores. Save those bottom row moves for the moments when you've exhausted every top row move first. Remember, too, that hitting the Hint button won't necessarily give you the most strategic move, but it will give you an obvious one you may have overlooked.

Intermittently, the screen will cast a diagonal shimmer over all of the jewels. This actually does refresh your view because it redirects your attention to other areas of the screen, just in case you've been staring at one spot for too long. The real refresh, though, is to look away from the screen, for a few seconds or a few minutes.

Bejeweled HD is a remake of the classic connect-three game that returns with a spectacular facelift. The game comes with six different game modes, including all the traditional ones, as well as high-def graphics specially optimized for tablets.

The classic game mode in Bejeweled lets you enjoy the traditional game, shuffling gems to connect three of the same color and make them disappear. Your aim: to get the highest possible score before running out of moves.

Another game mode, called Diamond Mine, lets you excavate a mine full of gems against the clock. Here your aim is to destroy the ground using the jewels themselves. It's also important to keep in mind that destroying four or five gems simultaneously creates special jewels.

Bejeweled HD is a new version of this universally famous title. While it doesn't include any innovations on the gameplay itself, it still has spectacular (and surprising) new graphics. Besides, Bejeweled is one of those games you never get tired of playing, no matter how many similar games you try.

Uptodown is a multi-platform app store specialized in Android. Our goal is to provide free and open access to a large catalog of apps without restrictions, while providing a legal distribution platform accessible from any browser, and also through its official native app.

Bejeweled: Classic is an adaptation of the classic 2000 version of the original tile-matching Bejeweled game. While several other versions were already available for Android and iOS, this edition, based on the PC version, brings the original game to the platforms with some additions. It contains five game modes: Butterflies, Classic, Diamond Mine, Lightning and Zen. The game is free-to-play with in-app purchases to remove the advertisements and additional continues for the Butterflies and Lightning modes. The other three game modes can be played without restriction. After a Game Over it is also possible to watch an advertisement to receive 30 more seconds.

In the original Classic mode the player completes levels by reaching a score withing the provided time. Zen is similar, but does not have a time limit. Instead, it offers relaxing options such as ambient sounds, positive mantras and breathing modulation. All of these can be customized with multiple variants. In Butterflies the player needs to make as many matches as possible before butterflies, appearing from the bottom of the screen, reach the top. These butterflies have colours and can be matched with regular gems of the same colour. This game mode was first introduced in Bejeweled 3.

In Diamond Mine the regular board is complemented with gold, gems and artifacts for additional points. These are freed by making matches next to them. Just like most other game modes there is a time limit. Lightning is the last game mode. Here there are time gems next to the regular ones that can be matched to receive time bonuses. Like Butterflies, Diamond Mine and Lightning were also first introduced in Bejeweled 3. Lightning was previously also available as the game mode Speed in the original browser version of the game.

Most of the gameplay is typical for the series' match-three mechanics. There are also flame gems, star gems, time gems, hypercubes and supernova games. By performing well several badges can be earned and a custom profile can be created. There are global leaderboards, a ranking system, and an optional hint function.
