I just downloaded the new EA app, switching from the original Origin. I downloaded Sims 4 free version, but it isn't showing that I own any of the multiple expansion packs, stuff packs, game packs that I just had on Origin. Did we simply lose all of the packs we spent well earned money on over the years. Or am I missing something? Please help. Thank you in advance.

Please look over the accepted solution on the first page here for steps to verify if you're currently logging into the same account that your content was originally purchased on. If you're not seeing your purchased content in your Order History, you'll need to reach out to the live support team so they can help you locate which account your content is tied to- this isn't something we can help with on the forums as we are not able to access specific account details.
I had a computer with the sims 4, get to work, get together, spooky stuff pack, cool kitchen stuff pack, perfect patio stuff pack, outdoor game pack and when that computer broke, and I brought a new computer and I sign in it only have just the sims 4.
I own everything sims 4 with the exception of a few kits, downloaded the EA app, and it says I don't have permission to play the game I own, as if I"d never purchased any of it. THOUSANDS of dollars in a game I can't access b/c of this change from Origin.
I bought Sims4, played it, and have since gotten rid of the computer. I recently attempted to download the game on a new computer and it tells me that my code has already been used. It flashes to my name and email address that I still possess. When I attempt to look for it in my EA Games library, it isn't there. It advises me to use the base game's hub, but every time I attempt to use Origin, it freezes, telling me to update to the EA App. I am lost on what to do now.
@parrottrooper You don't need to and in fact can't redeem your product code a second time. It sounds like you've simply signed into the wrong EA account, not the one where you originally registered the code. Please see the accepted solution on page one for more information.
At First I Thought I Had The Wrong Account As It Said The Sims 4 Was Downloaded In 2022 When I Know I Got It In 2021 And My Order History Was Blank, However The Date Of Creating The Account Was In 2021 And I Got The Sims 4 Around The Same Time Shown On Ths Date Of Creation. If You Could Help That Would Be Quite Helpful
It sounds like you're logging into a secondary EA account than the one you bought all your content on- if your order history is showing as blank, that tells us you're logging into a different account.
In real life I consider myself to be a pretty spooky gal. I love witchy things, tarot, astrology and the supernatural. Do I believe in it all? Debatable, but it's a part of my life I enjoy and actively embrace. When it comes to The Sims, however, all of that can get in the bin. The Sims 4 is where I thrive on realism. My Sims are usually baristas or freelancers living in shitty, run-down apartments with a feral cat they scooped up from some back alley.
Paranormal Stuff lends itself to a level of chaos that feels all-encompassing but strangely unintrusive. The Sims 4 is horrifically guilty of heavily controlling the game behind a thin veil of freedom, but Paranormal Stuff's havoc really lies firmly on your shoulders. Tweaking your lot type to a Haunted House lot will increase the spectral goings-on, and you can go out of your way to cause as much or as little spiritual hostility as you like.
The sance table is the main skill object of Paranormal Stuff, opening up a world of supernatural possibilities. Its biggest use is for building the new Medium skill through conducting ceremonies, either on your own or as part of a group. My Sim didn't have any friends or family, so I sent her off to the gym to rope some meatheads into giving her a hand.
Once you've got your Medium skill up a little, the options open up a fair amount. Once all my gym bros got bored of spooky ceremonies and cleared off, I sat my Sim down to do a special type of ceremony: one that temporarily turns you into a ghost. Of course, the first thing she did was check her phone before proceeding to possess the toilet, which promptly broke as a result of my spectral tomfoolery.
The real fun comes once you're a little more adept at communicating with the dead. I had a ghost named Guidry show up at my haunted abode a couple of nights after moving in. He's a little too friendly, his flirty-pink glow following me wherever I go. He seems like a nice enough fellow though, and was so impressed with my spiritual skills that he handed me a license for the Paranormal Investigator career.
I sent my Sim off to her first job and arrived at the Bjergsen family mansion in Windenburg. It was an easy level job, but everything went completely down the toilet. The spectre blobs had put so much fear into my Sim that she couldn't do anything except run around screaming, before hiding in the teenage daughter's bed. This didn't instil the clients with much confidence, who also proceeded to run around screaming, until they all pissed themselves one by one. My Sim went home with 0 Simoleons.
Paranormal almost beats out Tiny Living for my favourite stuff pack. It plays around with the weird and wacky in a manner that doesn't feel actively intrusive, in the way having Vlad the vampire show up at your house in the middle of the night does. It doesn't throw the supernatural elements in your face like other packs, and has actually made me enjoy the more paranormal aspects of The Sims 4. Vlad can still get in the bin, though.

@Heart15212 Unfortunately the PS4 and PC versions are different platforms. The up-side is I believe there are more expansions and packs for PC, so you should be able to play many more features and build items with PC base game + expansions and packs.
@melanieofficial0 I can understand your frustration. Unfortunately the PS4 and PC versions are different platforms. You will not be able to play your PS4 version of The Sims 4 on your PC. You will need a PC version of the game for that.
@Jess_is_sleepy No, sorry, your owned games can't be transferred between platforms. The PC and console versions of Sims 4 (and other games) are considered separate, so you'd need to buy everything again to play on XBox.
I have sims 4 on the xbox one and i have spent well over hundreds on the game as i have nearly completed on getting all packs possible. I would love to play the game on pc now that i have one but when looking on my account on pc it only says that i can purchase the game. i would love to know if there was a way to get the game on pc without having to buy it again even if it means not having a packs and just having the base game on pc. I love this game but have spent personally way too much on it and wish not to spend more on it.
