Averaging 5 fps with a 4080 and ryzen 9 3900x, even tried the game without any mods and it was actually worse fps, messed around with settings to no avail. Ill maybe top at 60 fps if im alone looking at a non descript wall but any other time ill drop to 5 fps for multiple seconds. Tried settings low, medium and high. Before this patch i averaged over 100 fps, its unplayable, ive reinstalled, verified files, deleted my fatshark folder in the appdata folder and nothing has changed
DLLS and frame generation are not working correctly. When I use frame generation I get ghosting and stuttering. I also get stuttering with DLSS and max performance mode makes no difference. Ray tracing is poorly optimised and this game is poorly optimised . The performance of the game is miserable. I can run other games on higher settings at 1080p. Frame generation, dlss and ray tracing works on other games with no issues.
Thanks for noticing. Its really bad general performance on xbox. I hope it gets addressed coz console seems to get neglected compared to pc. And a few ppl i have come accross have quit the game as they cant deal with how bad its gotten since the redemption update
Shelby and I found that the issue was related to the database and not necessarily the server. There appeared to be performance issued associated with the database that the DBA is working to address (at a minimum through both spatial and non-spatial indices, database statistics and query optimization -- but may extend to pagination and more nuanced database tuning).
3. Logging level is set to verbose. After setting it to Info and adding one of the problem layers to the web map, the most prevalent error is listed as SEVERE and says "Error performing query operation Wait time of the request to the service 'Shortname_Thefts.MapServer' has expired". The full log from the last 15 mins is attached.
I set the max records as 2000 but there are only 100 features. Still slow to load even when I clear cache and zoom in. With only 100 records I would expect an extremely fast draw time (like with the hosted version)!
We have been working nicely with our SCADA system based on Perspective for the last months. But all of a sudden, today the performance was horrible. I attach some pictures. Does anyone know why this happened?
I did not change anything in the perspective project, just the tablets where the clients are running get completely stuck and nothing can be done. If I check the performance the CPU Trend raises and I have to restart the VM where Ignition is running (five times today).
Find what is hogging your CPU. You can look at threads in the status section, maybe get thread dumps. Note the "clock drift" warnings: the deviations are in milliseconds. You show multiple CPU stalls of multiple seconds. Such stalls can be due to garbage collection, but can also be busy threads hogging the CPU.
Clock drift issues have long been associated with environments which do not have enough allocated resources. This won't explain the change in behavior (performance). Situations like this typically lean toward an Occam's Razor sort of explanation: even if you think nothing's changed, something has.
Indeed there are more than a couple of users (but this is not new), this could be up to 15, all of them maybe executing a lot of scripts, bindings and expressions (depending on the view they are). What should be the memory assigned to Ignition then?
The Ignition VM and SQL VM is under the next environment (this has not changed neither). As you can see, both VMs are separated in different servers. Both Ignition and SQL Server have a dedicated VM with Windows Server, no other services and software running.
Your VMs are slightly overcommited on CPUs (more CPUs allocated to VMs than present in the host). Work done on the Win10 facilities machine or the Design server can impact the co-resident Ignition without it showing in Ignition's performance metrics. There should always be at lease one core left over for the hypervisor to use, too.
However, the first thing to change is your Ignition memory allocation. You should be able to set Ignition to use 8GB (half of VM memory) without problem. Do be sure to set both initial and max heap memory to 8GB, so it all gets claimed by java on startup.
I've just developed my first squarespace website and I'm trying to max out the SEO. I've used Page Speed Insights to help me spot any issues, and I'm working through them to see if there is anything I can do to correct them.
I have posted images of the issues:
Will this ever be fixed or do I have to move away from Squarespace? I've been frustrated by this issue for over 4 years now and I always hoped they would fix it but it doesn't look like it's going to ever happen.
Description of the issue:
Since I have installed Brave the first time last year (before I used Chrome) I encounter performance issues noticeable when watching videos (not only youtube). The videos have frametime issues / low fps especially as soon as the videoplayer overlay is in front of the video or as soon as I work in parallel on a different browser-tab right until to a point where the video is completely stuck and does not continue at all. Also scrolling through some types of websites (e.g. my nextcloud website, it seems that its related to all kinds of websites which use animations (javascript / css ).
interestingly, I tested some more chromium based browsers and only vivaldi (which also supports privacy settings such as ad blocking) has the same issues even though I deactivated the ad-blocking (same issue on animejs.com, same issues on youtube (e.g. starting 3 streams simultaneously will cause severe playback troubles)
EDIT: Still working after reboot, yt videos now directly start at maximum resolution (was not the case before) and I can run the 4k video 5 times in parallel without any issues. That seems to be the solution at least for me!
Since the clean install removes all of the Nvidia settings, I wonder if somehow one of the custom Nvidia settings I was using was causing the issue. Something like G-Sync, vertical sync on, framerate limit, low latency mode set to ultra, etc.
Open that page and then have the development tools in the browser open as well (check the box to disable caching) , then do Ctrl+R on the webpage to reload it. Try to scroll around rapidly while it is still loading.
I have absolutely no issues with scrolling, even during loading (used to slow down the network speed so i have time to try it out because I also have fast connection and website builds up very quickly)
I'm also having severe performance issues. Raw files are extremely slow to open and Affinity 2 locks up and is unusable while other applications are fine. I had no issues in the older version and was actually able to make the same edits more quickly using the old version on a 10 year old machine. When I check the CPU usage and Ram usage for the computer, it is surprisingly low.
I have some problems of quickness. Take a heavy svg file and try to group all elements in one group. In 1.0 version it s nearly instantanate ( perhaps 1 second), same picture in 2.0, it doesnt finish. ! I return to my old software.
There is a very slowness in the group command. The same picture with an all select and group command are nearly instantaneous with the v1 and with the v2 doesn't finish the group command ( command freezes the software)
Having also noted that load performance in V2 is very slow, I have to add that, once an image (RAW) is loaded, the processing time in V2 is equal and often better than in V1. So, thank you Affinity for getting that nit right!
Similar problem here, in designer and publisher, when getting into complex designs the whole program start to reacts slow at some point. It seems to me that my entire pc is getting slow but not noticing any increased usage loads in the windows task manager. I compared it with the same files in Affinity 1 Designer and publisher and there is no slowdown there.
Same issue here in Designer especially, Even working on relatively simple docs it's very slow to respond between interactions, takes 3-5 seconds to select or deselect. I have found that turning compound/grouped elements in raster has improved this but it's not a solution. My PC is not brand new or anything but it's not a potato yet and should still have a fair performance with such files.
Update - I'm not sure if my issues are the same as others (detailed above). I've realised that not using Designer in full screen, even if I expand it so it almost fills the screen, is getting rid of my stuttering issues. Hope this helps someone else until updates and fixes arrive.
The performance of all applications dropped considerably. In Designer there is a delay in the selections and everything gets slow; in Publisher there is also a delay in the selections and, in addition, it is almost impossible to resize the text frames since it does so after several seconds. I've had to continue working with version 1 which has no issues (okay some but no performance issues).
Having the same issue where Designer 2.0 is unbearably slow between interactions even in relatively basic documents. It will often take 3 or 4 seconds to do anything, even as simple as selecting different objects. I have no issues with the same files on v1. This issue is making v2 pretty much useless from a production point of view.
Same issues here, significant lower performance. I worked on a new iMac and with V1 there was no problems. Right now I can't even draw a line without a lack of 3 seconds between drawing and showing the line.
After a few minutes it becomes very slow to select items. Clicking takes a few seconds and is very annoying.
I already changed the performance configuration options for all the possible ones and it doesn't work.
Please fix this, it's very annoying and you lose work time!
