Database for figure definitions

Hi all,

I have heard that there are some cuers and choreographers that have managed to create some sort of program that they use when creating their full cue sheets. This program they create allows them to have all of the figure definitions in one place so they can just copy and paste the definitions directly into the full cue sheet without having to copy and paste from other cue sheets, the Roundalab manuals, etc. I am wondering if anyone in this group has done that and would be willing to share with me how they did it so I can create something similar for my own use. I know some people are very protective of their work, and might not be willing to share their knowledge, but I would greatly appreciate any advice/information y'all have for me.
