Club Survey Reminder

Hello all,

 

In case you didn't come to practice last Tuesday or you forgot to take a survey with you, I attach with this email a survey sheet.  The information I ask for in the survey is basic and simple.  It will take you less than 10' to answer.  However, the information is essential for us to plan what we should do to grow and improve our club in the next school year.  I'd like to know your needs and wishes so that I can guide the club in the right direction in order to benefit everyone.

 

Old members who are transfering or graduating are welcome to complete the survey too.  You have been in the club long enough to know what need to be changed or fixed.

 

I take the survey seriously, and I hope you do too.  It is for everyone's good.

P/S:  You can print it out, answer the questions, and return it to me in the next Tuesday practice.  You can also send it to me via email.  Whatever method you prefer is fine.
