Dear World Tour Volunteers,

 

I hope you all had a nice weekend.  World Tour event will be on this coming Thursday, at the bell tower.  The event is scheduled from 6-8:30PM.  Our performance will take place between 6:30 to 6:45PM .  Attached is the tentative partnerships.  Please response to me ASAP if there is any changes you would like to make.  Your ideal partnerships will be taken in consideration, but we don't guarantee that we are able to satisfy everyone.

 

We plan to have a rehearsal before the event.  Please check your schedule and let me know if you can stay after the practice on Tuesday and Wednesday night.  Please be specific on what time you can come to the rehearsal so that we can arrange a possible time for everyone.

 

For those who volunteer to setup and run the information booth.  Please let me know if you can come to the Bell Tower at 5PM on Thursday to help setup the booth.  There will be three time slots, one hour each (6-7, 7-8, and 8-9PM).  We would like to have at least two people on each shift.

     Tatevik and Ethel: 6-7PM

     Piotr and Sarah: 7-8PM

     Jen and Van: 8-8:30+
