Lockjaw on iTunes & Spotify

Does anyone know why Lockjaw alone out of the whole DHC main catalogue is missing from iTunes and Spotify in the UK (maybe all of Europe?)?

I can see it's on Spotify and iTunes US, and both other MCA Records releases (Honey Im Homely and Blue Plate Special) are available... what gives?
