Hi everyone,
our next AT Practicing will take place this Sunday, November 16th – this time with a new concept and at a new space, inspired by the idea of the Sharing Lab: A space for co-exploration – to share, show, and play with forms, ideas, and expressions of the Alexander Technique.
It can be anything, for example:
👉 How do I support someone getting up from the table?
👉 How do I work with the arms or legs?
or perhaps:
👉 How do I use directions / instructions in my work?
👉 How do I bring AT into specific activities or contexts?
Active participation is warmly encouraged!🤗 You can bring something spontaneously or come with an idea you’d like to share or explore. Several themes and impulses may arise – others can join in, experiment, and bring their own perspectives and experiences.
The intention is to research, clarify, and inspire each other’s work together – in personal practice as well as in teaching.
📅 When: Sunday, Nov 16, 2025 – 4:00–6:00 pm
📍 Where: AZAT Berlin
Dieffenbachstraße 35, 10967 Berlin-Kreuzberg (2nd courtyard)
💧 To help cover the space costs, a contribution of 5–10 € per session would be wonderful.
